Project covered a full cycle of new Heating pricing methodology implementation from the design of regulatory accounting principles to the costing models (tools) to the trainings both to the staff of national regulator and regulated heating companies. Project deliverables included methodological guidelines, regulatory accounting models, tariff setting models, standard regulatory accounting & costing documentation and training materials.
